Kalrez®

KALREZ® O-RINGS

Kalrez® (www.kalrez.com) is a perfluoroelastomer that combines the elastic properties of Fluorocarbon (FKM) with the outstanding chemical resistance and the high temperature stability of PTFE. Kalrez® seals can be used for applications in high temperature service up to approximately +316°C (600°F): in intermittent service up to +343°C (650°F). Kalrez® O-Rings are available in inch and metric dimensions to ISO 3601, AS 568 A, BS 1806 and BS 4518, cords, foils molded slabs and custom molded parts.

KALREZ® VALVE STEM PACKING

KVSP combines the best attributes of Teflon® and Graphite with Kalrez® elastomeric sealing capability. It can significantly reduce fugitive emissions and improve process control through the innovative use of Kalrez perfluro elasomers. Other packing systems can meet fugitive emission requirements but restrict valve movement, leading to inconsistent process control. Kalrez Packing Systems overcome these deficiencies, as well as reaching leak rates to near bellows performance.
