Urethane

Polyurethane is a diverse class of materials exhibiting good elongation, recovery and toughness properties. They are flexible, have good abrasion resistance, and very high tensile strength with good elongation. Urethane also provides excellent adhesion to fabrics and metals but poor resistance to alkalis, acids, and oxygenated solvents and inferior resistance to hot water.
