Viton®

Viton® provides outstanding resistance to heat and chemicals along with good resistance to weathering, ozone, oxygen and flame. Also it is generally resistant to chlorinated solvents, oils, fuels, lubricants, and animal or vegetable oils. It has good tensile strength, resilience, and a low compression set. Unlike many of their counterparts, Viton® Fluoroelastomers retain their basic properties at extremely high temperatures. An excellent synthetic rubber material with outstanding resistance to heat and chemicals.
