Typical Properties of 30 Durometer Fluorosilicone

Description: 30 durometer fluorosilicone gasket material is designed to be utilized in gasket applications where general purpose silicone would degrade by harsh chemicals or fluids. 30 durometer fluorosilicone will perform in extreme low and high temperature, with a service temperature of -80°F to +500°F. 30 durometer fluorosilicone is naturally UV and ozone resistant and offers extreme resistance to fuels and solvents. 30 durometer fluorosilicone is fungus resistant and takes a low compression set. Consider using 30 durometer fluorosilicone gasket material in applications where the gasket requires silicone, but where extreme conditions exist.

M&P Sealing’s fluorosilicone gasket material is available in a wide range of durometers, ranging from as soft as 30 Durometer to as hard as 70 Durometer with standard durometers in between. 30 durometer fluorosilicone can be converted into rolls ranging from as narrow as 1/4″ wide, up to 36″ in width. M&P Sealing can supply 30 durometer fluorosilicone without adhesive or with either our standard acrylic adhesive or our high-temperature acrylic adhesive. 30 durometer fluorosilicone can be manufactured to standard and custom thicknesses. M&P Sealing has the ability to fabricate 30 durometer fluorosilicone by die-cutting or waterjet cutting to meet your requirements from the design stage through the production phase.
