Inertex® EZ-Seals are a molded, rigid, and dense.  It provides the user ease of installation and maximum performance for applications where flanges cannot be separated far enough apart to lay Joint Sealant in place.

The raised inner portion of the Inertex® EZ-Seal is easily compressible and will fill irregularities, voids, and nicks on the flange contact surface.  Requiring less bolting stress to seal, Inertex® EZ-Seal is an ideal replacement for PTFE envelope gaskets, conventional PTFE sheets, and filled PTFE sheets.

Product Benefits:

  • Soft and compressible under low bolt loads; excellent for use on glass-line, plastic, and FRP plastic flanges
  • High rigidity for use in difficult installation conditions
  • Self-aligning; simple to use
  • Helps you meet tough EPA standards for fugitive flange emissions
  • Individually packaged and protectively wrapped.  Clearly marked on the gasket face with size, application limits, and the Inertex® brand name
